Phase 1: Hear us out
At no cost or obligation- we pool together our SMB's to obtain a "large-group" quote with National Carriers. As a large group, health carriers will underwrite based on your company's industry and the age, claims history, and location of your employees. If health carriers know the general makeup of your SMB, then they will compete for your business by offering competitive rates.

Phase 2: Obtain Documentation
Equipped with same information you'd provide to your health broker around renewal time- we'll be able to generate a "large-group" quote with your current health carrier, along w/ an apples-to-apples comparison vs. your current premiums and benefits. Nothing less than full transparency.

Phase 3: We submit to Carriers for a quote
We will submit your information to all major Carriers and ensure that the benefits and provider network quoted is on par with your current benefits.
It can take up to 2 weeks for Carriers to underwrite a group and provide a quote.

Step 4: Apples-to-Apples Proposal
We will present multiple options which will be displayed in a side-by-side comparison.

Last Step: Onboarding
Not only do we remove the hurdles to obtain a large-group offering, we also streamline employee onboarding. Employees will have credentials to access and update their information in Company portal. Your Company will also have a dedicated representative that will be in direct contact with your employees to answer any questions they have.
